Description: Administrative Associate Responsibilities: I Reporting into the Program Manager, the incumbent will assist in preparing memorandums, reports, powerpoint presentations, answering phone calls, scheduling, and updating filing systems. . Prepare statistical and financial reports under supervision . Type memo's and transmit correspondence . Answers telephone calls, screen calls, and takes messages . Maintain calendar (schedule meetings, prepare material for meetings, prepare meeting minutes) . Monitor and manage office supplies and maintain an efficient work environment
Requirements: Administrative Associate Requirements: -High School Diploma plus five years' experience OR -Bachelor's degree with one year of experience L. J.
