Description: Associate Project Manager Responsibilities: . Review construction documents such as managing shop drawings & submittals, supervise and provide guidance to contractors . Resolve construction issues related to field conditions, inter discipline conflicts, long term maintenance issues and life cycle costs . Resolve field conditions in an expeditious manner and provide input/suggested solutions, obtain formal approval from design engineers when necessary . Monitor budgets, and schedules, identify any potential shortfalls and take necessary action to prevent negative impact on critical path . Prepare cost estimates for additional work order . Inspect work in progress, identify and inform contractor or deficiencies or concerns in a timely manner . Prepare daily reports, formal punch-lists, informal/running punch-lists, coordinate and confirm punch-list completion, conduct joint pre and final inspections with contractor trade groups . Prepare and process payment requisitions for contractors . Interact with various levels of engineering, design, and construction personnel
Requirements: Associate Project Manager Responsibilities: . Bachelors in Architecture . 5 years of construction/ design experience as an engineer/inspector . Proficient in AutoCAD L. J.
