Description: -Assist Design Manager in day to day design and administration activities -Review/compile constract documents such as specifications and design drawings -Conduct field surveys -Coordinate with outide agencies for permit -Review/monitor budget -Review and coordinate the respont to RFI's in addenda in bid processing -Ensure and enforce adherence to NYCT quality assurance and safety protocols
Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree in Architecture + 3 years of experience in project management -Or high school diploma and 7 years of experience in project management -OSHA 10 -Ability to read and interpret contract drawing and specifications -Familiarity of construction scheduling and estimating is preferable L.
