Description: Job Duty 1 - Managing schedules and coordinating with the Contractor and the Client to efficiently manage tasks and milestones within the project. Perform deliverable and milestone revisions to the schedule as required by Change Requests and/or contractual client mandates. Job Duty 2 - Translate projected forecasts and work scope into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule in accordance with client-defined structure. Job Duty 3 - Analyze and revise production plans with input from Client and team leads to provide appropriate delivery dates as required. Analyze and report on actual client demand, trends, and forecasts, and adjusts capacity plans. Identify, monitor and manage all resources, interdependencies and risks Job Duty 4 - Synchronize and coordinate with budgeting team to insure that PMB milestones are in alignment. Basic Skills, clearances and other elements required, in order of importance, and number of years experience, where applicable, in each skill: Strong background in Earned Value Management, Project Controls, Project Management, planning and scheduling techniques and cost control. Expert level experience using BSA Tools (required), MS Project (preferred), Open Plan or Primavera; MPM (preferred), Cobra, Artemis. Strong knowledge of MS Office tool suite and analytical tools. Extensive and varied government entity scheduling experience (20+ years).
Requirements: Must have experience working with highly parallel computational hardware development Must be able to develop WBS/CWBS derived from SOO. Must be able to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedule, structured from a WBS, of moderate size and complexity Needs to be able to effectively participate in planning meetings and communicate Scheduling issues to project team leads Activities may include: develop, maintain, analyze & status schedules, resource analysis, critical path analysis, work authorization, baseline change requests, variance analysis Provide assistance to Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule and budget for control accounts Provide assistance to Project Controls Team for monthly EVM reporting Software development project experience desired Strong resource management skills desired PMP, EVP, PSP desired L.
