Description: Document Coordination to assist the current Document Coordinator with the migration of documentation for Engineering Department. *Receive, distribute and or file internal/external technical documents *Calculations *Design drawings *Design change control forms (DCNs, FCNs, and FCRs etc.) *Technical specifications *Vendor catalogs and manuals *Construction completion forms *Setting up folder structures and electronic document filing and migration. *Knowledge of SharePoint
Requirements:  *Associate Degree in Science, Technology or Math preferred *Years of applicable and relevant work experience, can be substituted for educational preferences, at the discretion of NYPA. *3 years of experience handling technical document recording; log keeping; filing; follow-ups, etc. *Experience in handling electronic document management system in an AE firm or utility company preferred *Technical expertise to differentiate various types of technical documents associated with Electrical, Mechanical and Civil/Structural disciplines and of various sites.
