Description: -Field inspection and coordination of the contruction work on subway stations renewal/component contracts -Monitor of Construction projects for compliance with plans specifications, quality assurance, document accuracy, adherence to schedule. -Review shop drawings and as-built drawings -Assist in the review of Contractors' monthly partial payments, development of scope of work and estimates for additional work orders, coordinate TA Labor Services, prepare field observation reports
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture -5+ year experience in supervising employees, performing project management work: planning, administering, manageing, coordinating, or expediting -Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications L.
