Description: Application Exemplar programmer Background: In support of a U.S Government Customer, need for an application exemplar programmer with strong C/C++ skills and able to write applications in support of problem formulation for both host and ASIC code. Job Duties: Job Duty 1 - Able to build, debug, and support C/C++ applications in a Linux environment using standard GNU tools. Job Duty 2 - Work with client in developing applications for sorting and matrix operations such as Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). Job Duty 3 - Help develop applications that would help the understand the system and make sure the system supports what they need.
Requirements:  Basic Skills, clearances and other elements required, in order of importance, and number of years experience, where applicable, in each skill: Strong C/C++ skills; able to build, debug and support C/C++ applications in Linux environment using stand GNU tools. Need some experience in assembly language. Need some experience with parallel programming. Other Skills Desired, Years in each skill, where applicable: Must be able to gather requirements from Client and work to develop applications that would work in their environment. Must be able to help Client and provide applications ideas on how to utilize their system with respect to algorithms and problem formation. L. J.
