Description: *Monitor and organize managers calendar, scedule meetings, book confrence rooms, prepare agendas and other materials for meetings *Take notes and meeting minutes *Collect, review, get approvals, and submit timesheets, *Track and monitor action items and monthly project status reports. *Answer phones, screen call, send reminders
Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 3 years of relevant satisfactory experience OR Associates Degree and 4 years of satisfactory experience OR High School Diploma and 5 years of satisfactory experience.
