Description: -With minimal supervision assist Resident Engineer in overseeing contractor's work and ensure work is being performed as per contract specifications and approved shop drawings -Ensure quality and adherence to applicable architectural standards and specifications with emphasis on quality and safety -Assist with field inspections, evaluating change order proposals, reviewing contractor submittals and preparing reports as instructed -Support program area in any project management activity assigned -Prepare updated drawings and participate in field surveys and construction inspections, as required -Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Architecture -Must be a licensed RA -OSHA 30 -5 years of experience in the practice of Architecture -Ability to develop and review CAD drawings -Knowledge of architecture codes and standards -Working knowledge of MS Word, Access and Excel L.J.
