Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the implementation of the design and construction of capital projects of moderate sixe and complexity. Prepare various documents for assigned capital projects. Including but not limited to Master Plan Progress Reports, Design Progress Reports, Construction Progress Reports, Project Closeout Status Reports, Monthly Goals, Budget Reports, Budget Modifications, and Staff Summary Sheets.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or Public Administration. Three years of satisfactory experience in project management L.
