Description: Provide construction administration support services..Project management for projects of moderate complexity that will include: reporting; meetings; field surveys; inspections; permits; audits; budgets; schedules; quality; safety and documentation.Support in surveying and developing project scopes of new projects.Handle multiple projects at the same time.
Requirements: Bachelors Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent in experience. Two (2) Years minimum in project management. Field experience - Project Management Construction experience - familiar with construction management procedures and documentation is a mustAbility to read contract drawings, specifications and cost proposalsAbility to organize project information efficiently and prepare reportsMaintain project documentation and databases, spreadsheets, estimates, project schedules and reportsProficient in MS Office ProductsAbility to prepare sketchesWilling to travel to various project sites located throughout New York CityBasic knowledge of MS Projects/ Constructware and AutoCad/ MicrostationKnowledge of NYCT CPM Project Management Procedures/Guidelines preferred L.
