Assistant Transit Management Analyst 2

Description: The candidate should demonstrate the ability to expedite tasks and carry out assigned functions (e.g., scheduling, coordination of meetings, ensuring meetings have agendas, following up on critical and routine items, etc.) Provide updates and follow up on project tasks. Maintain, organize files and keep track of important documents. Develop ways to improve workflow for specific projects/initiatives. Coordinate tasks between multiple teams to meet deadlines. Prepare presentation materials for senior management. In addition, the following may also be required: • Arrange meetings to resolve problems, ascertain progress, and as required juggle and schedule meetings for senior executives • Serve as back-up for President's executive assistant • Attend meetings as necessary • Perform various document control activities including proofreading, formatting, mail logs, etc. • Other tasks as determined
Requirements: A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college in business administration, public policy, transportation planning, urban planning, engineering, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, accounting, or other relevant majors plus 3 years of full time relevant experience or High School Diploma plus 7 years or more of business experience.
