Description: Senior Construction Project Manager Education: Bachelor of Science, Engineering Degree (Civil or MEP) or Architectural Preferred Certifications: Professional Required, OSHA Safety Training, Construction Management Training Preferred Experience: Owner Quality Assurance / Owner Field Oversight with 10+ years onsite building revitalization construction experience on an active work site. Performing Stakeholder Coordination and Communicating with all EndUsers. Candidate will work directly with General Contractor and Design Firm during Technical Reviews to ensure Project Compliance. Familiar with current Design and Construction Building Codes as well as Government Standards. Candidate must have solid Technical background in order to review and comment daily on RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Specifications, Drawings, and Scope Changes. Electrical Items such as Instrumentation Controls, Permanent/Temporary Power Equipment, Ductbanks, Feeders/Vaults, Cabling, Wiring Terminations, Substations, Generators, Switchgear, Breaker Design, Fire Alarm, Security Alarm, other Electrical devices and Electrical Codes. Mechanical Items such as Fire Protection Systems, Firestop Inspections, HVAC & Ductwork, Instrumentation Controls, Testing and Balancing, Air Barrier, Testing Reports, Commissioning Certification, Chiller and Makeup Air Units, Boilers, Pumps, and various other MEP systems. Civil items such as Sitework, Clearing, Rock Excavation, Rock Blasting, Demolition Existing Structures, Site Demolition, Underground Site Utilities Water, Sewage, Security, High/Low Voltage, Exterior and Interior Building Renovations, Parking Garages, Site Logistics / Planning / Traffic Control Studies, Foundations, Steel Erection, Roofing, Concrete Slab on Grade and Concrete Elevated Slabs, Landscaping and Hardscaping activities. Communication Proficiency: Must possess good written skills for daily inspection reports, photographs, and meeting minutes. Must possess good oral skills for public speaking, and leadership role Software Proficiency: Excel, Word, Adobe, Microsoft Projects.
Requirements: Position Qualifications: *Must be very familiar and experienced with Site Work, Civil Utilities Work, MEP Work, Building Renovations, and TAB/Commissioning work activities. *Review and Prepare of RFIs - all disciplines. *Review and Prepare of Scopes of Work - all disciplines. *Review and Prepare of Base Change Documents - all disciplines. *Review and Prepare of Contractor Cost Estimate Comparison for Owner(s) Use *Review Contractor Pay Applications and Supporting Narratives for Potential Delay Claims *Review Primavera P6 Construction Schedules and Metadata. *Support the Client in varies other construction related functions. *Must possess great organizational skills for tracking contracts, subcontracts, financials, construction management documents (including but not limited to: Technical Submittals, Contractor and Vendor Shop Drawings, Risk Register, etc.) *Must coordinate with Contractors, Subcontractors, Owners, Permitting & Utility Services, and other onsite Stakeholders necessary to complete the required mission *Must provide Owner Oversight via project charrette reviews, walk-downs, inspections, technical deficiency coordination, open item/punch list generations, and closeout activities similar to as-built reviews, O&M reviews, and warranty reviews.
