Description: Budget, coordination and administration work on various Program Support issues on projects in Master Plan development, Design, Construction and Close Out phases. Monitor budgets, expenditures and goals for capital projects and prepare various documents for assigned capital projects.Coordinate, review and update various reports Prepare, coordinate and update TA Labor services reports as requiredCreate, coordinate and/or update databases, and produce reports as required, including historical capital project costs, AWO's, etc.Attend design and construction progress and other meetings as required.Prepare various Power Point, Access and Excel and word reports and presentations, including graphs, plots, etc. Coordinate with Design Managers, Construction Managers and other personnel as required.Support the administration of the CCM contract as required including coordinating/processing task orders, preparation of various reports and other related work.Assist Senior Director and Project Administrator as required.Other Capital Program Support work as required
Requirements: A master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, or urban studies, or Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, or a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and at least three years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the areas described above. Three years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in one or a combination of the following: working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research; or in management or methods analysis, operations research, organization research or program evaluation. Expertise in report preparation using Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. Ability to clearly write, communicate and organize project information and reports.
