Description: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in one or a combination of the following areas: working with the budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
Requirements: *Review and analyze Beneficial Use requests to ascertain that all required pre-final inspections are performed, all safety items are fully addressed and only minor punch list items exists, all deliverables received, required training completed and NPC items identified and resolutions are made. *Conduct project reviews to assure that goals and critical issues which may impact Beneficial Use and Acceptance by the user are resolved. *Help to provide feasible solutions and negotiate with User and Maintaining departments to resolve outstanding list items. *Assist in addressing NPC items in dispute as well as as-built drawing and Operating and Maintenance Manuals issues. *Coordinate inspection schedules with Construction Manager and Sponsor. *Coordinate with Sponsor department representatives to evaluate project's readiness for Beneficial Use, Acceptance and sign off. *Review and analyze Acceptance requests to ascertain that all inspections are performed, no punch list exists, and all deliverables received, or an acceptable solution made. *Review and analyze close out Final Payment requests for conformity and completeness. *Coordinate with Capital Payments, Law Department, Capital Accounting and Risk Management to resolve critical and complex issues relating to final payment requests. *Prepare accounting, litigation and insurance verifications. *Review guarantee bonds for conformance to specifications. *Concur on Release of Retainage and Final Payment Certificate. *Proactively track and monitor approval requests for Beneficial Use and final Acceptance. *Prepare force account estimates and track and monitor performance of each project.
