Description: Review submitted lessons learned and be able to coordinate with appropriate Compliance Office for endorsement of the lesson.Review and maintain Discipline Master Documents (Specifications, PRDCs and Standard drawings) and be able to coordinate revisions with Technical Skills Leaders and Business Unit Staff.Create, revise and update tracking reports.Manage the repository of the master documents which are accessible to the Business Units relating to New York City Transit.
Requirements: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture, architectural technology, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration, and one year of full-time satisfactory experience in project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, for engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects; OR A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and five years of experience as described above Two years of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects, OR One-year experience in the supervision of a design project with a value of $1,000,000 or more. Knowledge and/or experience with engineering/design processes required.Ability to read, understand and interpret project scope of work, project requirements and project technical specifications.Knowledge of the various project delivery methods.Knowledge of NYC Transit operations and practices.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
