Description: Management of the Asite project management process*Provide input Development of an External Partner Program Manual. *Management of a complete project life cycle including internal design reviews, technical staff, construction oversight and close-out processes. *Solve design-based issues/conflicts and elevate to senior management when required. *Coordinate with the Transit Oriented Development group to manage the early design, scope, and constructability of developer projects. *Coordinate with the Adjacency group for all Developer and Public Agency projects. *Track and validate program metrics data in the Asite project management system and manage incorporation into effective dashboard reports. *Suggest areas for streamlining and improvement of processes for incorporation in EPP's program manual. *Provide input into Weekly and Monthly reporting templates. *Additional tasks as required by the PCEO.
Requirements: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. License Engineer or Architect is required 5 to 10 years of project, design, and construction management in the transportation industry L. J.
