Description: -Design Management Engineering support services during project design phase to support projects relating to communications systems design/installation (CCTV, Fiber Networks, Security Systems, etc.)-Review and comments on engineering drawings, specifications and contracts. -Schedule, conduct and coordinate field visits, surveys, inspections and other support services. -Draft reports, minutes, memoranda and other written project-related correspondence -Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business administration, public administration, or a related field -One year of experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects OR Supervision of a design project with a value of $1,000,000 or more -OSHA-30 certification -Working knowledge of Communications Systems (Public Address, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Radio Systems, Fiber Networks, Security Systems, etc.) -Knowledge of codes and standards. -Project management skills. -Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. -Excellent Skills with Microsoft (Word, Access and Excel). -Ability to organize project information efficiently and prepare reports.
