Description: Assist Construction Manager's Office with environmental engineering support functions for construction capital projectsReview drawings, specifications and RFI'sManaging various construction administrative processes (payments, scheduling, estimating, additional work orders)Preparing and/or overseeing the preparation of spreadsheets, scopes of work, estimates, change orders, budget modifications, organize project files and documents, TAL services and written construction-related correspondenceCoordinating daily project management activities for the Construction Manger according to Project Management Procedure/GuidelinesWorking with Construction Manager in meeting project goals, attending project coordination meetings with stakeholders, preparing meeting minutes and following up on action itemsManage the coordination of field visits, surveys and inspections
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in an engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration or public administration
  • One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering
  • Have 30-hour OSHA (Construction)
  • Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
  • Familiarity with Auto CAD and MTA design standards and guidelines preferred
