Description: Under direct supervision, assist Project Management in the oversight of capital project. Assists Engineers and Architects in the collection and treatment of data. Prepares reports that help management monitor the progress of capital projects. Assists in managing the design process, coordinate responses from design for formal Construction management response. Also assist Project Manager with various paper work in the field.
Requirements: Four years of experience performing construction inspection or construction management work OR Four years of experience as a journey person in a skilled building construction tradeOR A bachelor's degree in architecture, architecture technology, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field OSHA-30 certification A valid NYS Driver's License May be required to periodically travel between depots.Responds to emergencies and report to project sites when necessary.
