Description: -Compile, prepare, edit senior management documents and information for EXCEL spreadsheet and POWERPOINT presentation-Analyze large amounts of project and financial data to accurately and produce reports and presentations-Maintain efficient work environment understanding the confidential nature of some assigned work-Draft/edit reports, memoranda, EXCEL spreadsheets using formulas & pivot tables-Complete any other analysis, presentation or administration duty assigned by Chief Administrator, Budget Manager or designee-Prepare budget documents or reports for design or construction projects-Prepare any other budget documents as requested by requested by Budget Manager-Track project level costs and coordinate budget development, modifications, and reporting-Interact with various Design and Construction Managers, operating divisions, and departments-Attend progress report meetings on various related projects-Process payments for various contracts
Requirements: Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science or urban studies and one year of experience OR a Bachelor's degree in one of the above areas and three years of experience. Experience working with budget of a large public or private concern in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration or fiscal/economic research; or in management or methods analysis, operation research, organizational research or program evaluation or in personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relation, labor relation, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor management.
