Description: Review Construction documentsSupervise and provide guidance to ContractorResolve Construction issues related to field conditions, inter discipline conflicts, long term maintenance issues and life cycle costsAct as a facilitator between the Contractor, Designers, User Departments and Maintenance groupsInitiate General Orders, operate under flagging / General Orders and be able to properly close General OrdersInspect work in progress, identify and inform contractor of deficiencies or concerns in a timely mannerPrepare daily reports, formal punch-lists, informal / running punch-lists, coordinate and confirm punch-list completion, conduct joint pre-and final inspections with Contractors and trade groups.
Requirements: *Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in an engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration or public administration *Have 30-hour OSHA (Construction) prior to work on or near wayside *Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK *Familiarity with Auto CAD *Computer literate with working knowledge of Asite project management software L.
