Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of candidates for potential assignment as a Systems Architect. Plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:*Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers to integrate in-house applications with cloud-based software *Develop batch applications using .net, oracle *Develop online applications using JavaScript, .net and oracle *Develop utilizing modern web development frameworks
Requirements: *7 years of experience in design, development, support and implementation of Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance software to generate and process Policy Renewals, CIRB Estimated Experience Ratings and Policy Audits *7 years of experience in development and support of software solutions for billing and collections process, including accounts receivable management and compliance with regulatory requirements *7 years of experience in developing and implementing software related to policy premium computation following the guidelines, regulations and experience modification algorithm as per the current state guidelines *7 years of experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL Developer to implement the following: triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, view, cursor, file processing, and advanced query optimization *4 years of experience with creating, editing, and manipulating ACORD AL3 data format and transformation, including data compression and encryption *7 years of experience with web browser application development using Javascript, CSS, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX *3 years of experience with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) L.
