Description: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Tester.*Design, develop and execute the entire QA process, including documentation of test plans, test cases and test scripts for various web applications. Including testing of applications on desktop and mobile devices *Test various applications using automation testing tools (such as Selenium WebDriver), performing functional, integration, regression, system, and ADA compliance (using WAVE, NVDA), performance (using LoadRunner, Silk Performer) and ad-hoc testing *Develop and maintain automated regression tests using Selenium WebDriver with .Net Core for multiple applications using frameworks such as Open2Test, keyword-driven on various browsers *Work as part of the project team to ensure the project is meeting business and technical requirements, assist in triaging defects, and help to maintain the defect logs using TFS (Team Foundation Server)/ HP Quality Center *Analyze business needs and create user acceptance tests and appropriate documentation *Comply with project plans and organization standards *Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor
Requirements: 

• 7 years of experience creating, maintaining, and running regression/automation tests with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) testing tool using Selenium WebDriver with.Net Core 2.0 or Java on various browsers
• 7 years of experience creating, maintaining and running performance and ADA compliance testing using tools such as Loadrunner, JAWS, WAVE or NVDA
• 7 years of experience with quality assurance and usability testing and analysis, using ALM QC for managing and maintaining test cases, running tests and tracking the defects
• 7 years of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts including use of defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff
• 6 years of experience creating test documents for user acceptance testing and experience in functional and UAT testing
• 4 years of experience using Team Foundation Server and SharePoint
• 2 years of experience testing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)
