Description: - Manage the Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Programs - ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001 *Update and maintain controlled documents *Create procedures and work instructions as necessary *Update 3rd party websites with safety records (i.e. Browz, Avetta, ISNetWorld, Ariba) *Review JJ Keller Compliance bulletins and implement *Perform internal Audits *Perform root cause analysis for customer claims, non-conformances, and accidents *Record near misses *Review and update JSA (Job Safety analyses) *Review and update environmental aspects and impacts *Calibrate and Validate instruments *Assess customer satisfaction *Monitor KPIs *Present 45 minute monthly awareness meetings *Perform weekly and monthly walk-throughs and coordinate with facilities manager to prioritize and promptly rectify open issues. *Facilitate bi-annual Management Review Meetings - Confer with personnel to clarify or resolve problems. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. - Review, Print and distribute Purchase Orders to Vendors within the ERP system, M3 - Receive POs in the SAP system, M3
Requirements: - Knowledge of business and management principles. - Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. - English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. - Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. - Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. - Public Safety and Security — Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. - Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, - Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. .
