Description: Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Perform administrative/secretarial support to Construction group Prepare and maintain files and confidential information Compile, prepare, and edit governmental and senior management statistical and financial reports Track and monitor action items and other data on a regular basis Prepare track and coordinate correspondence Maintain Outlook calendar and project meetings Monitor and manage office supplies
Requirements: Administrative Assistant Qualifications: Bachelors degree/ 1 year experience OR HS diploma and 4 years of experience in a similar setting Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, And Access Strong verbal, analytical, and organizational skills Knowledge of Constructware is a plus L.J.
