Description: Responsible for administering various maintenance and repair contracts supportinng the Dep of Subways as well as preparation of new contracts, administration, field support, project management, and special projects. Perform site inspections of facilities. Coordinate proposals, develop scope of work, cost estimates, and project scheduling/costs.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of MS office. BS or BE in Engineering 1-5 years experience in one or more of the following *contract/facilities management *environmental compliance *fire safety techniques *mechanical/electrical equipment for buildings *facility construction techniques L.
