Description: Position involves field and reporting aspects of geotechnical investigation, engineering, and inspection including field investigation by means of drilling, test pit investigation and other in-field sampling methods; geotechnical laboratory analyses; evaluation/calculation of soil bearing capacity and other geotechnical parameters; evaluation of foundation types and design parameters; report preparation; and construction phase testing, inspection and consultation *Field supervision of soil borings, test pits, and construction earthwork. *Preliminary geotechnical laboratory analysis. *Boring layout and subcontractor coordination. *Proposal and report preparation. *Seasonal high groundwater evaluation
