Description: *Application Developer Full Stack Application Developer in the Emerging Technology Engineering organization for the continued development and support of one or more applications to manage and execute strategy. This team is comprised of one or more Agile squads consisting of a product owner, iteration manager, developers and designers all working closely with members of the scientific research community. In this position, you will collaborate with our development team on the design and implementation of new features and components for our web applications. You should also be able to understand and contribute to discussions of design architecture and the impact UX/UI in a web platform.
Requirements: *High proficiency in python (2+ years of experience) *High proficiency in React.js (2+ years experience) *Proficiency in python Flask *Proficiency in the use of git for source code management *Experience with agile practices and methods *Strong innovation skills and ability to solve computational problems *Communicate clearly and effectively *Experience working on a team and collaborating to achieve a shared goal *Other Skills Desired, Years in each skill, where applicable: *Some experience with typescript/javascript and Node.js *Some experience working with a Designers Team *Knowledge of cloud architecture/development, docker, SQL a plus L.
