Description: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.Carries out administrative duties (CLERICAL) such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.Assist Human Resources Team on special projects as neededAssist Customer Service Dept with calls, some administrative tasksMakes lunch arrangements for staff members as neededExhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.Distribution of incoming electronic faxesSupports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.Provides information by answering questions and requests.Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.Stock office breakroomsStock copier paper in the copy rooms.Prepare/resetting conference rooms between meetingsUpdate phone directory as neededIssue temporary badge to new hires (activate/deactivate)Maintains attendance and point log reportReconcile credit cardManages Active Directory
Requirements: Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of scheduling, purchasing, shipping, and customer service processes.
