Workplace Harassment has taken center stage recently, and for good reason. L. J. Gonzer Associates takes this issue very seriously and wants our employees to do so as well.
Everyone should have an opportunity to work in a safe and non-threatening environment. To this extent we have in each employee’s handbook an overview of our policies concerning these topics and the resolutions available to each employee. In addition we require each and every employee view this short video on Workplace Harassment.
