Description: Assist Deputy BU Leader in managing Capital Program projects which are in Planning, Design, Construction and Closeout phases.Assist/coordinate Dep. BU Leader in resolving project related issues.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards and presentations as needed to support the Business Unit.Maintain Modifications/Additional Work Orders (AWOs) Logs, contractor payments, weekly project reports and other budgetary/administrative work databases.Monitor multiple project schedules, costs and activities.Interact with various Program CEO's and Construction Compliance Managers and operating divisions and departments.Develop, update and consolidate various reports such as weekly progress reports, Project Status Reports, FTA Reports, Traffic Light Reports, etc.Attend staff/project progress meetings and write minutes of meeting.Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, office supplies, timesheets, field office visits for pickup/delivery of documents, and other duties deemed necessary.
Requirements: A baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent. A minimum of three years' experience in program development and support, business administration or related field. Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills. Working experience in communicating and organizing project information generating reports and Power Point presentations; developing and updating excel spreadsheets, creating dashboards and process design/construction related documents. Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office is required. Experience Organizing project information, prepare reports and presentations. L. J.
