Description: Evaluate proposed budgets, identify issues and missing information, and efficiently pursue resolution.Prepare/review analyses, including cost-benefit, alternative analyses, and other economic or business analyses, utilizing databases, spreadsheets, or other systems as needed to recommend appropriate actions to management.Assist in documenting actions-items and critical issue tracking for the overall program and status of individual projects.Follow major issues without special prompting, act as a liaison between MTA and agencies, interfacing with staff from MTA or its agencies to facilitate data gathering and analyses.Prepare departmental reports for executive-level meetings and create cost-control reports used to support forecasting of future staffing needs.Implement multiple specific or department-wide projects and assignments and provide direct support for office-wide initiatives, such as analyses, reports, or other activities as may be required.Assist in updating Weekly and Monthly reports as well as EPP processes and procedures.Additional tasks as required by the Business Unit Lead.
Requirements: A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, finance, economics, business, or public administration 5 to 7 years of satisfactory full-time work experience L.
