Description: Assist in the distribution and processing of Temp Staff Kronos timesheets Track and update requests and task orders database Assist in the scheduling of interviews between Business Unit coordinators and vendors Assist in the processing of Building Access pass and renewals for temp staffAssist in the overall administrative process
Requirements: 2 years of full-time experience working with a large public or private firm with a concentration in payroll, financial systems, timekeeping, audit and/or related field. A Baccalaureate Degree from accredited college Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word Excel, Access and various computer applications Must have and understanding of data structure and knowledge of data management such as sorting, filtering and scanning L.
