Description: Answer phone calls, forward them to the appropriate person, take messagesPrepare memos, reports, or other contract documents as requested by managerOrganize folders and files and maintain themSchedule meetings using MS Outlook or TeamsInteract with various managers, field office staff, operating divisions, and departmentsUpdate Project Status Reports monthlyAttend progress report meetings on various related projectsPickup/deliver/distribute timesheet, contract documents/files, etc.Perform various duties deemed necessary by the Business Unit Lead
Requirements: A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experienceOR An associate's degree and 5 years of experienceOR A four-year high school diploma/educational equivalent and 6 years of experience Experience in performing complex administrative/secretarial duties including typing memos, transmitting correspondence, preparing reports, answering phones/screenign calls, maintaining filing system, scheduling meetings, taking notes in meetings, etc. Knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. L.
