Description: Need for an experienced and growth minded PMO Specialist. The PMO specialist will interact with technical team leads and the program management team. A strong background in Earned Value Management, Project Controls, Project Management, planning and scheduling techniques and cost control is needed. Experience in using BSA Tools and knowledgeof MS Projecct and Prmavera. Must know MS Office tolls Excel and Access. Understand Government contracts with 20+years of experience. Task Description: Job Duty 1 Liaison between PMO and technical leads to coordinate inputs for proposal preparation. This includes gathering resource plans and materials input to map to WBS to accomplish SOW. Job Duty 2 - Analyze and revise execution plans with input from team leads to provide forecasts as required. Job Duty 3 - Support HW Manager with monitoring tasks as needed, in support of the PMO. Job Duty 4 - Support IPM reporting.
Requirements: Required skills/Level of Experience : *Must have experience working with highly parallel computational hardware development *Must be able to develop WBS/CWBS derived from SOW. *Must be able to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedule, structured from a WBS of moderate size and complexity *Needs to be able to effectively lead planning meetings and communicate issues between technical and project management team leads *Activities may include: develop, maintain, analyze & status schedules, budget baseline planning, resource analysis, critical path analysis, baseline change requests, variance analysis *Provide assistance to Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule and budget for control accounts *Provide assistance to Project Controls Team for monthly EVM reporting *Software development project experience desired *Strong resource management skills desired *PMP, EVP, PSP desired L.
