Assistant Construction Manager

Description: a) Interface with Con Edison as needed to support the Infrastructure Business Unit’s management of various capital projects to meet capital program goals. b) Coordinate with a multitude of users including, NYC Transit operations and engineering personnel as well as Con Edison. c) Assist with field inspections to evaluate the work performed. d) Assist to ensure specifications are followed with emphasis on safety, quality and schedule and with required accommodation of Con Edison’s policies and standards. e) Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Business Leader.
Requirements: -Bachelors Degree in Engineering or high school diploma and an extra 5 years of experience -5 years of experience in project management -Con Ed. experience with design, expediting, and/or inspection preferred L.
