Description: a) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with field inspections to evaluate the work performed and materials used; verifying quality of workmanship, quality of materials used, and compliance with plans, specifications, estimates and applicable codes and regulations; and documenting deficiencies and deviations from plans. b) General office administration, including report reproduction, collation and deliveries. c) Coordinate/document the work and progress of construction project. d) Ensure specifications are followed with emphasis on quality and safety. e) Assist the Construction Manager in evaluating change order proposals, reviewing contractor submittals and preparing comprehensive daily reports.
Requirements: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, architectural technology, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration, and one year of full-time satisfactory experience in project management work, Ten-hour OSHA Certification.
