Description: Ensure work complies with contract documentsComplete all required paperwork for contractProvide support during the inspection and quality control/quality assurance furnishing an installing of all material and equipment during close-outAssist in the inspection of communications construction projects; monitoring and coordinating several types of project activities, working independently under general supervisionProvide project management support service during construction and designWork with Resident Engineer in meeting the project goals and provide support to the PMC/CCM, attending project coordination meetings with stakeholders preparing meeting minutes and following up on action itemsMonitor safety ensuring all personnel, including personnel, Contractor and Subcontractors, comply with safety requirements of the contractPrepare regularly and in a timely manner Daily Reports, Quality and Safety Check Lists and Reports, Field Condition Survey Reports, Field Sketches, scopes of work for change orders, estimates, additional work order packages and any other report as required by the Construction Manager/Resident EngineerPrepare, submit and coordinate necessary requests for Services, such as Flagging, Access & Protection, etc.
Requirements: *A B.S degree in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, architectural technology, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration, etc. *30-Hour OSHA Certification and 8-hour Lead Awareness Course are required *Ability to read and interpret Contract drawings & specifications *Knowledge of applicable codes and standards preferred *Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Access and Excel.
