Description: Prepare competitive cost estimates. Propose "low bid" cost estimates based on scope review, site walk through, contract drawings, and specifications. Negotiate cost proposals and reconcile estimates.
Requirements: BS in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management 3 years minimum experience in commercial and institutional construction. 2 years minimum in comt estimation of MEP/S construction projects valued greater than $1 million.Experience with negotiating cost proposals and work ordersMust be able to read and interpret construction documents L.
