Description: Review, oversees and coordinate consultant's monthly billing process.Ensure that all Capital and Operating Funded Payments comply with the contractual agreement and are prepared in accordance with policies and procedures.Interpret contracts to ascertain whether consultant conforms to rules/regulations stipulated in their contract agreement.Respond to all vendor inquiries; reconcile consultant invoices, research and correct any discrepancies, respond to discrepancies in payment or other items due to non-compliance.Coordinate with project managers for approval of payment progress reports in regard to work performed for accuracy of charges.Liaison with Procurement, Capital Payment, CM's, DM, PM, and Audit Departments.Identify funding source and availability for task/work orders.Assist in soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP's).Assist in drafting task order agreements and memorandums.Track and update task order database.Prepare and manage payment progress reports.Assist in the overall administrative process and other related duties as required.
Requirements: Experience working with a large public or private firm with a concentration in payroll, financial systems, timekeeping, audit and/or related field. A Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration and one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in one or a combination of the following areas: economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration OR A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the areas described above L.
