Description: Budget coordination, and administration work on various Program Support issues for projects in Master Plan development, Design, Construction and Close Out phases. Work assignments may include, but are not limited to: Monitoring budgets, expenditures and goals for capital projects and preparing various documents for assigned capital projects. The IQ Consultant shall prepare/coordinate as required on the following reports and documents: -Master Plan, Design and Construction project status reports -Project Closeout status reports -Monthly goals and budget reports -Budget Modifications Staff Summary Sheets -Various monitoring reports relating to budgets, expenditures, AWO's (change orders), and projects schedules. -Preliminary Engineering documents -Request to Advertise documents -WAR Requests -Other reports Coordinate, review and update various reports including:-Project Status reports (PSR's) -Quarterly FTA Reports -Quarterly AWO Reports -Quarterly AWO/BSC Reconciliations -BSC AWO log -Resolution of BSC issues Prepare, coordinate, and update TA Labor services reports as required including:-Monthly Flagging Priority Report -Weekly Work Train Reports -Monthly Flagging Cancellation Reports -Quarterly In-Service Report -Annual TA Labor projections for Flagging, Work Trains, Diversions and Access and protection. -Maintain flagging and work train documentation for the above reports. -Create, coordinate and/or update databases, and produce reports as required, including historical capital project costs, AWO's, etc. -Attend design and construction progress, and other meetings as required. -Prepare various Power Point, Access, Excel and word reports and presentations, including graphs, plots, etc. -Coordinate with Design Managers, Construction Managers and other personnel as required. -Support the administration of CCM contracts as required including coordinating/processing task orders, preparation of various reports and other related work. -Assist Senior Director and Project Administrator as required. -Other Capital Program Support work as required.
Requirements: -A master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, or urban studies, OR a bachelor's degree with two years of experience in the areas described above.-Expertise in report preparation using Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.-Ability to write clearly, communicate and organize project information and reports. -Strong analytical and communications skills. -Project coordination experience.
