Description: *Analyze project and financial data *Prepare/present accurate budget reports for design and/or construction capital projects *Track project level costs and coordinate budget development and modifications *Process payments and secure funding *Attend meetings on various related projects *Complete analysis, presentation, or other administrative duty assigned by Chief Administrator or Budget Manager
Requirements: *Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, etc. *Experience in budget, finance, accounting, analytical and/or administrative experience in busy, high demand, deadline-oriented environment *Excel expertise with knowledge of formulas and pivot tables *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Ability to set and meet deadlines L.
