Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software Developer.*Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes. *Assist with the timely resolution of production issues. *Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts written in Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .Net Core *Efforts related to integrating policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system.
Requirements: 
  • 6 years of experience in development and support of software solutions for workers compensation policy billing and collections process, including accounts receivable management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • 6 years of experience in development and support of software solutions for compensation payment application and reporting Compensation Payments accurately to the Worker's Compensation Board.
  • 5 years of experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL in the following: triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, view, cursor, file processing, JSON processing, XML processing, advanced query optimization, and database design and implementation.
  • 6 years of experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • 5 years of programming experience in MVC, Web Services, and Oracle ODP.Net.
  • 5 years of experience with web browser application development usingJavascript, CSS, JSON, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX.
  • 6 years of experience in using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and GIT in a Microsoft Windows environment, including experience in branching, Merging, and check-in/check-out.
  • 5 years of experience using PPM Pro (Innotas).
