Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software Architect.The selected candidate will be responsible for all phases of the System Development Life Cycle for several multi-tiered complex applications. This individual will:*Meet with Business Owners to determine business requirements. *Analyze Business Needs to establish technical requirements. *Design, Development, Test, and Implement the new application which includes data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, preparing logical database models, and creation of database objects. *Identify and escalate technical risks and issues appropriately. *Development of technical design documents and program specifications. *Provide technical expertise to team of developers; mentor less experienced staff. *Production support tasks including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting multi-tiered transactional applications.
- 7 years of experience designing and creating tables, queries, forms, reports, modules, vba code using Microsoft Access 2007 or higher.
- 5 years of programming experience writing SQL including Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and complex queries in SQL Server.
- 5 years of experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to create projects and packages.
- 5 years of experience creating reports using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
- 5 years of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 (and higher).
- 2 years of experience using the Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI).
