Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Staff Analyst Trainee II. This role will focus on providing analytical and administrative support to the Program Construction and Design office. *Analysis and reconcile projects charges *Assist in preparation of project estimates *Communicate with other departments to expedite the processing of documents *Prepare and print materials such as letters, memoranda, forms, using computers and relevant peripheral equipment *Compose and respond to email correspondence *Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, formatting and completeness *File maintenance and report generation *Collect information or data from various sources; file and retrieve standards and publications *Update existing files *Create and/or maintain records and filing systems *Schedule meetings via Outlook, Teams and Zoom *Retrieve and format electronic data; compile and merge data from various media and sources *Process various forms *Prepare charts, graphs, or tables for presentations, reports, and interoffice communications *Interact with staff and administration throughout Construction & Development Business Units *Support reserving conference rooms for meetings, if needed *Prepare reports using information received from various sources
Requirements: *Bachelor's Degree in computer science, economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, etc. *Strong analytical skills *Ability to prioritize workload according to volume and urgency *Strong written and verbal communication *Good organization skills and attention to detail *MS suite skills: Excel, Outlook and Word, TEAMS, SharePoint *Strong computer skills with experience with MS Office and Power BI L.
