Description: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Financial Staff Analyst. In this role with our client based in New York City, you will be responsible in providing managerial-level analytical and financial support. *Manage project and financial data *Prepare/present accurate budget reports for design and/or construction capital projects *Maange the tracking of project costs, budget development and modifications *Manage the process of payments and secure funding *Attend meetings on various related projects *Complete analysis, presentation, or other administrative duty assigned by the Assistant Director or designee
Requirements: *Master's Degree/Bachelor Degree in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, etc. *Must have Excel expertise with knowledge of formulas and pivot tables *Be able to multitask *Strong written and verbal communications skills *Ability to set and meet deadlines L.
