Description: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Staff Analyst II. You'll be responsible in providing analytical and administrative support for the Environmental/Sustainability group.*Maintain and update project files and data *Creating and maintaining hard and soft filing systems *Prepare/present accurate minutes and reports for environmental staff *Draft and track project studies and assessments *Attend meetings on various environmental-related projects *Prepare PowerPoint presentations *Draft and complete analyses, presentations, or other analytic/administrative duty assigned by the respective Director or designee
Requirements: *Bachelor's Degree in technology, environmental science, sustainability, public policy, engineering, etc. *2 years full-time experience in:*Evaluating and analyzing project files/trends *Microsoft Suite experience including PowerPoint presentations using information and data relating to environmental assessments, policies, procedures *Drafting reports, charts, graphs, and minutes *Must have the ability to multi-task *Strong verbal communications skills *Ability to set and meet deadlines L.
