Description: L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Software QA Tester.*Work with program staff and business analysts to develop and execute test plans, including, developing test cases for application upgrades, including application software releases, interface and DataMart changes, and new/upgraded COTS framework/tools. *Work with technology team to develop new/update existing and maintain all documents related to the project. *Support User Acceptance Testing. *Work closely with Project Manager and ITS Manager on active/pending projects, primarily the system replacement effort. *Test data migration scripts and assisting the program area with performing User Acceptance Testing of the vendor supplied solution. *Test legacy system changes (i.e. architecture maintenance) and Test Help Desk tickets as needed. *Administrative Tasks: Attend and participate in meetings, prepare a weekly report.
Requirements: *7 years of experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies. *7 years of experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track, and resolve problems. *7 years of experience in Functional testing using functional testing tools. *6 years of experience as a Test/QA Lead. Experience must detail team leadership, working with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts, using Test/QA best practices. *4 years of experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. *3 years of experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software. *3 years of experience with manual testing. *3 years of experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation. *1 year of experience with testing an application built using Cúram Social Program Management. *A Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field. *A certification in Quality Assurance.
