Description: Inspect raw materials, components, and production parts to ensure conformity to customer, work order, and/or blueprint requirements.Perform Receiving Inspection.Perform First Piece Inspection as specified in Control Plan.Identify and control non-conforming material per procedural requirement.Perform In Process Inspections on an audit basis as specified in Inspection Work Instructions.Perform Final Inspection at completion of job setup.Perform and review Statistical Process Control information.Verify gaging for the Operator for In Process Inspections.
Requirements: Training Requirements:*Quality Procedures related to the AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality System CF-7.3.0.0-05 Management System / Job Requirements Training Form *Safety and related procedures *Broad scope of each process *Activities related to performing the job description / responsibilities Qualifications:*High School Diploma, Technical/Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent *Over three years of inspection experience *Formal progressive training program in inspection and testing procedures *Ability to read drawings *Ability to use measuring equipment *Good communication skills L.
